At Dixie Pig BBQ, we are 100% devoted to the craft of BBQ and have been since we started learning the technique in 1996. We refuse to cut corners or take any shortcuts. All of our meats are smoked on-site, injected with brine and marinade, hand rubbed with spices, and take anywhere from 4 to 16 hours to become pure BBQ perfection. This is BBQ in its truest form, created by people who are dedicated to doing it right.
